Sloe Gin

This is a gin-based liqueur that has been regulated by the European Union. It is made using gin as the alcohol base and sloe berries. The minimum concentration by law should be a minimum of 25% alcohol. The flavour of the liqueur is sweet and tart, with aromas of almonds. Extremely popular in autumn and winter.
