Pink Gin

The name Pink Gin first appeared as a name for a cocktail containing Plymouth Gin, water and a few drops of Angostura Bitters. Today, it is (very popular) associated with gin that has been coloured pink using fruits such as strawberries, raspberries, cherries or hibiscus flowers. Naturally sweeter, milder and generally much less juniper-like than the classic gin.
