Vodka

Vodka is a high-alcoholic beverage obtained by mixing rectified spirit and water in the right proportions. It may be pure, unadulterated or flavoured. The ethyl alcohol content of vodka is no less than 37.5% by volume, usually 40%, but can also be more. The raw materials for vodka production are products of agricultural origin, traditionally cereals or potatoes.

Polish Vodka is a beverage which uses protected geographical indications and meets specific criteria, i.e. is produced on the territory of the Republic of Poland, using Polish cereals: wheat, oats, rye, triticale, barley or potatoes.
