Tessellis EXQUISITUS Vodka
EXQUISITUS was born from the idée fixe of the search for an exquisite, classic vodka. This fitted in with Tessellis' premise of harmony and the synergy of taste that must accompany it.
After many weeks, we were able to select the right blend of top-quality spirits, in which spelt plays first fiddle, while the multitude of others allows for an all-round journey of aromas and nuisance flavours.
In aroma, this vodka has a delicate, sweet and fruity aroma, with a subtle hint of roasted almonds. On the palate, it is extremely mild, with a pronounced creamy aftertaste of pistachio ice cream and mango jam. On the finish, creaminess again with accentuated notes of exotic fruits such as lychee and lime. The whole creates an extraordinary composition of delicate aromas and flavours, ideal for tasting sauté.
